Director, Behaviour Therapist, Counsellor, Trainer & Speaker

Bobbi Cook

Bobbi is the Director of BCBM. She has more than 20 year's experience as a behaviour therapist and counsellor.

 

She is also a well respected trainer and presenter and speaks at events around Australia and hosts her own training.

Bobbi is a Clinical Member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and is a registered member of ARCAP (Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).

Kerrin McMaster

Kerrin McMaster is a Counsellor and family therapist, she a member of the ACA Australian Counselling Association and has a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and Integrated Psychotherapy.
 

She has worked with families, children and adolescents for 10 years and has recently joined Bobbi Cook Behavioural Management full-time as a therapist.


Kerrin loves to warmly and empathically connect with people. Helping them to identify strategies to help them face challenging life issues, and to move forward positively.

She is passionate about empowering others to live a life that is most meaningful and purposeful for them.

Behaviour Therapist & Counsellor

Kerrie Gunsser

Here at Bobbi Cook Behaviour Management, we are very pleased to welcome our new Behaviour Therapist and Counsellor Kerrie Gunsser to the team.  

 

Kerrie completed a Bachelor of Psychology Degree which included Social Work units at the University of Ballarat in 2006.   

 

Kerrie’s experience includes working in two Ballarat primary schools as a Student Family Wellbeing Worker for a number of years, where she has demonstrated a caring, supportive and professional approach at all times.  

 

Kerrie is passionate about providing professionalism, quality service and care in all aspects of her work.  She is personable, has excellent listening skills and displays empathy in all her interactions with people.

Therapy Assistant

Paula McColl

We are delighted to have had Paula recently join us at BCBM as a Full-Time Therapy Assistant. 

 

Paula has gained experience working for a number of years as a Learning/Education Support Officer in several local primary schools, and being employed as a supervisor of students on the Ballarat Specialist School daily bus run.  

 

As a Therapy Assistant, Paula supports our Therapists in the provision and further development of high quality therapeutic work.  She assists with implementing a range of therapy interventions for children and young people in particular, under the guidance of the Therapists.  

 

Paula has excellent communication skills and has the ability to connect with and relate to people of all ages and from all walks of life.  

 

Paula is patient and caring and approaches everything in life with an infectious enthusiasm and passion.
