Founder & Director

Bobbi Cook

Bobbi is the Founder and Director of Bobbi Cook Behaviour Management (BCBM). She provides leadership of BCBM as well as leading workshops, webinars, and speaking at conferences. Bobbi has 30+ years working in behaviour therapy and is committed to providing services to help families move forward.

Lead Therapist

Kerrin McMaster

I provide counselling/therapy for individuals and families. I also supervise behaviour therapists, counsellors and therapy assistants in the delivery of work tasks and client service.

I am passionate about making a connection with the client. When I see them relax, become open/honest/authentic. When they say “I have never told anyone this before” that’s when I know they have “felt held” and we can do some great work together. No feeling like it, and I’m amazed and grateful every time it occurs.

Business Manager / Human Resource Management / OH&S

Naomi Wilmott

I manage the business side of BCBM. I ensure employees and the business always remain NIDS compliant and audit ready. I manage the HR of the business, including onboarding, training and supporting new employees. I oversee the Administration Team and manage the day-to-day administration and financial functions of the business. I am also responsible for policies and procedures.

 

I am passionate bout being a supporting, understanding, and encouraging leader of the admin team. I ensure all admin duties are completed to a high level and in a timely manner. I drive continuous improvement and lead the business in compliance and OH&S.

Caroline Smith

I work with families with complex needs. Helping them to understand the behaviours that their loved ones are using to communicate. I like helping families understand the different systems that they may find themselves in such child protection or the NDIS.

 

For many families this is a confronting time however with care and patience it should be a time to strengthen and provide supports empowering families and adding stability.

 

Helping families understand the communication their loved ones use and the root cause of behaviour and how this leads to their current situation/outcomes

 

Helping people find their strengths and what motivates them is rewarding, I feel privileged I am able to do this each and everyday I go to work.

Chantelle Cutler

I am passionate and driven to advocate for, and  support, young people to shine across a range of settings including their homes, schools, peer groups and workplaces. My aim is to meet young people where they are at in their lives and help them achieve success in all that they do and live full and meaningful lives by reducing their levels of distress whether they are related to anxiety, trauma or the everyday stressors of life.

Therapist & Counsellor

Emma Maskell

I meet with clients 1 to 1 to discover their point of need and then provide the best therapeutic care possible. I support clients by going into their schools and providing them with therapy and/or counselling. I collaborate with other fantastic members of our BCBM team to provide holistic care.

 

My therapeutic passion area is around, but not limited to, Primary School aged children (5 – 12 years old). This is because I believe everyone has the right to access a great, educational experience. Everyone has their own educational journey, so I would like to discover their point of need to help them embrace that journey.

Therapist and Family Support Worker

Tracey Steiner

I am the Family Support Worker and Therapist based at Phoenix P-12 Community College 2 days per week. I am able to support NDIS funded clients and consult with other therapists as required.

 

I love supporting people and in the past I have had extensive experience in the area of Deafness / Hearing Loss. I am also passionate about supporting clients navigating the criminal justice system.

Paediatric Dietitian

Kiri Woodington

I am the paediatric dietitian. I see clients of all different ages and assist with their relationship with foods, their health, aversions to food or “fussy eating”, difficulties with foods such as allergies and intolerances or disordered eating patterns

 

I absolutely love foods and it is my goal to share my passion for food and health with my clients. Sometimes, clients really struggle with food and they find is their fear rather than the love and it is my job to determine what the cause of this relationship is and to help patients find their love for food again.

 

I absolutely love working with young people, although I enjoy working with adults my passion is with infants, children and youth. When I am not practicing clinically, I also have a passion and a drive for public health and the food security issues that face Australia. I work with communities and organisations to further

Luke Cutler

My role is to run the BCBM Minecraft Social Skills programs for kids of all ages,  I love being able to teach the kids how to work together as a group using technology.

Registered Play Therapist

Sheridan Barber

I am a Play Therapist, who primarily works with children between the ages of 2-12 years with scope for outside this. Play Therapy is a child’s form of talking, it allows children who require support from means other than direct words or language, to use play materials and toys to express their feelings, thoughts and experiences.   

 

I am passionate about assisting children, young people and families to thrive and to support a child’s needs as well as supporting their own support system, their parents/caregivers, teachers and other supports in their life.

 

Providing support for a family’s overall ability to communicate and their relationships with one another and how to enjoy their time together.

 

To support the growth of a child, through their emotional wellbeing, resilience and understanding of their feelings or through their play and skill development to support their social, cognitive and language skills.

Our Therapy Assistants

Therapy Assistants provide support to individuals and families in a variety of settings. Support can include encouraging completion of daily tasks, social support in the community, participating in leisure activities or assistance with transport (such as school pickup/drop off), doing activities in the community, and much more.

Accounts and Business Liaison Officer

Alisha Diamond

As the Accounts and Business Liaison Officer, I manage all accounts payable and receivable. I process client invoices and liaise between staff, clients and their support teams to prepare service agreements. I manage payroll for our team and complete ‘behind the scenes’ admin support to our clients, staff and other professionals.

 

I love working as part of a dedicated team to provide a smooth running and positive service for our clients. With an eye for detail and being very particular in the presentation of my work, I love ensuring things are professional and thorough which enables our therapists to focus on the amazing therapy work they do. 

 

I have had the joy of working with BCBM for almost three and a half years, working as an all-rounder in multiple administrative roles as well as some therapy assistant work. As the business has grown, I have become specialised in accounts.

Administration/Client Liaison Officer

Paula Glynn

In my role, I undertake a variety of administrative and client liaison tasks, including:

  • Receptionist duties – answering all incoming calls for BCBM

  • Scheduling and rescheduling client appointments

  • Managing the diaries of all therapists

  • Emailing zoom invites for all therapists to clients

  • Managing reception emails and responding to these

  • Taking enquiries from potential new clients and professionals

  • Organising and booking school visits/sessions for students with therapists

  • Preparing for and teaching the Interoception program to Prep and Year 1 students at Phoenix PS each week

  • Putting together the Agenda and Minutes for weekly Admin team meetings

  • Proof-reading reports and letters for all therapists and sending them to parents and the NDIS

 

I am committed to being thorough in all my work and doing my best to ensure that administration that I’m responsible for and staff members’ diaries flows smoothly. Being warm, supportive and helpful for everyone I’m in contact with including clients and potential new clients, staff and professionals in the community.
