Founder & Director
Bobbi Cook
Bobbi is the Founder and Director of Bobbi Cook Behaviour Management (BCBM). She provides leadership of BCBM as well as leading workshops, webinars, and speaking at conferences. Bobbi has 30+ years working in behaviour therapy and is committed to providing services to help families move forward.
Lead Therapist
Kerrin McMaster
I provide counselling/therapy for individuals and families. I also supervise behaviour therapists, counsellors and therapy assistants in the delivery of work tasks and client service.
I am passionate about making a connection with the client. When I see them relax, become open/honest/authentic. When they say “I have never told anyone this before” that’s when I know they have “felt held” and we can do some great work together. No feeling like it, and I’m amazed and grateful every time it occurs.

Naomi Wilmott
I manage the business side of BCBM. I ensure employees and the business always remain NIDS compliant and audit ready. I manage the HR of the business, including onboarding, training and supporting new employees. I oversee the Administration Team and manage the day-to-day administration and financial functions of the business. I am also responsible for policies and procedures.
I am passionate bout being a supporting, understanding, and encouraging leader of the admin team. I ensure all admin duties are completed to a high level and in a timely manner. I drive continuous improvement and lead the business in compliance and OH&S.

Chantelle Cutler
I am passionate and driven to advocate for, and support, young people to shine across a range of settings including their homes, schools, peer groups and workplaces. My aim is to meet young people where they are at in their lives and help them achieve success in all that they do and live full and meaningful lives by reducing their levels of distress whether they are related to anxiety, trauma or the everyday stressors of life.

Tracey Steiner
I am the Family Support Worker and Therapist based at Phoenix P-12 Community College 2 days per week. I am able to support NDIS funded clients and consult with other therapists as required.
I love supporting people and in the past I have had extensive experience in the area of Deafness / Hearing Loss. I am also passionate about supporting clients navigating the criminal justice system.

Paediatric Dietitian
Kiri Woodington
I am the paediatric dietitian. I see clients of all different ages and assist with their relationship with foods, their health, aversions to food or “fussy eating”, difficulties with foods such as allergies and intolerances or disordered eating patterns
I absolutely love foods and it is my goal to share my passion for food and health with my clients. Sometimes, clients really struggle with food and they find is their fear rather than the love and it is my job to determine what the cause of this relationship is and to help patients find their love for food again.
I absolutely love working with young people, although I enjoy working with adults my passion is with infants, children and youth. When I am not practicing clinically, I also have a passion and a drive for public health and the food security issues that face Australia. I work with communities and organisations to further

Our Therapy Assistants
Therapy Assistants provide support to individuals and families in a variety of settings. Support can include encouraging completion of daily tasks, social support in the community, participating in leisure activities or assistance with transport (such as school pickup/drop off), doing activities in the community, and much more.

Accounts and Business Liaison Officer
Alisha Diamond
As the Accounts and Business Liaison Officer, I manage all accounts payable and receivable. I process client invoices and liaise between staff, clients and their support teams to prepare service agreements. I manage payroll for our team and complete ‘behind the scenes’ admin support to our clients, staff and other professionals.
I love working as part of a dedicated team to provide a smooth running and positive service for our clients. With an eye for detail and being very particular in the presentation of my work, I love ensuring things are professional and thorough which enables our therapists to focus on the amazing therapy work they do.
I have had the joy of working with BCBM for almost three and a half years, working as an all-rounder in multiple administrative roles as well as some therapy assistant work. As the business has grown, I have become specialised in accounts.
