Counselling

A carer is someone who provides support and assistance to individuals who may be unable to care for themselves due to illness, disability, or age. Caring for the carer is crucial because it helps maintain their well-being and prevents burnout. When carers receive support, they can continue to provide quality care and compassion to those in need. Prioritising the health and happiness of carers ultimately leads to better outcomes for the people they support.
