Favourite Colour: Color for me is about enhancement, contrast, and creating a theme or environment. As it can be used to sooth or excite emotion and at the same time it can bring enhancement to a person’s complexion. I love all colours, especially when they are used well and with thought in a way that elicits a reaction/comment.

Favourite Animal: Dog

Favourite Food to prepare / eat at home: Food for me is about making the right connections. So if it fits the moment such chicken soup when we are unwell. A well-thought-out meal that creates comfort, memories and connection. Those are my favourite foods to prepare- when they fit the emotion and appropriate moment. Makes me feel awesome when I get it right.
